Goal1 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "goal1") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between goal1 and its members.

By using goal1's website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using goal1.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. goal1 reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will notify members of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.

• Accounts are for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

After registration, goal1 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This may involve submitting a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals at goal1:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at goal1 and may result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using software bots, automated programs, or artificial intelligence to place bets.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Sending viruses, malware, or any harmful code to goal1's systems.
• Rude, threatening, or offensive behavior toward goal1 staff or other members.
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.

Goal1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If suspicious financial activity or fraudulent behavior is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If a member wishes to close their own account support@goal1.ws-. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be refunded, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms.
